This was a last minute late night snack before me and my uni house mates returned to our pits of slumber to finish our essays for tomorrow’s hand in (not good) and turned out to be awesome.
Classic cheese on toast recipe just made healthy by using the grill, 50% less fat mature cheddar, granary bread and a good old fashioned tomato.
Simply toast the breast, slice the cheese and place on top of the bread to put under the grill. Slice the tomato into circles and once the cheese has melted place on top and back under for a few more minutes.
Done and dusted 🙂
P.s. my house mate used white bakery bread – go on, give in 😉
